We are looking for a German Collections Representative!

RESPONSABILITIES:
Stratify collection activities to maximize cash receipts
Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non payment
Issue payment commitment letters
Coordinate customer credit changes
Maintain accurate records about the customer payment status

KEY SKILLS:
German Fluent English B2
Customer Service experience
Good written and verbal communication skills

OFFER:
Direct contract with the client
Base salary: 1400
Meal Allowance Health Insurance
Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm)
Hybrid (2 days per week at the office)
